Nervous system calmer
“I had been having off-cycle bleeding due to a fibroid that was the size of a lemon for nearly a year and digestive issues before working with Heidi. Healing hands helped
“I first went to Heidi several years ago to have her perform Mayan abdominal therapy when I was undergoing IVF treatment. The nurses at my fertility clinic were never able to find my "shy" right ovary to do an accurate follicle count. However, after a few Mayan abdominal therapy sessions with Heidi, her healing hands helped align my right ovary back into a position that made it much easier for the nurses to see for my IVF treatments. That was an unexpected but amazing result from the massage that truly helped me.
Now that I'm currently 8 months pregnant, I've started to see Heidi for her integrative craniosacral massages and Mayan abdominal therapy again. I've also been experiencing intense pain in my hands and wrists from the effects of carpal tunnel associated with pregnancy and after my recent session with Heidi, I could fully use both my hands again. I will continue seeing her up to delivery and am looking forward to receiving postpartum care from her as well.
