Maya Abdominal Massage follows the Five Systems of Flow

Blood Flow :: Venous blood carries waste matter & deoxygenated blow away from tissues. Rushing toward the tissues is arterial blood containing oxygen, minerals, nourishment & more. These duo circulatory processes clear areas of resistance & blockages that is the primary cause to mal aligned organs.

Lymph Flow :: removes & destroys antigens in blood stream. The immunity crew consists of lymph nodes, vessels, & spleen & assist to clear each individual cell, boost immune function, balance Ph.

Nerve Innervation :: Nerves are the communication pathway between brain & organs. So when a nerve is pitched, stuck by adhesion, scar tissue, injury, repetitive motion, it disrupts the communication & overtime this may lead to hormonal disharmony.

Scar Tissue Reduction :: Scar tissue isn’t inherently bad. We need it post injury, surgery to avoid bleeding out, mend broken tissue, to heal. Scar tissue is like the nose, it continue to grow unless broken up manually. When wound is sealed & well on the way to healing, sticky scar tissue needs to be broken up to return body to mobility, vitality & easeful flow of blood & lymph.

Organizing the Chu’el, chi or energy ::
Each abdomen has their own constellation. Sometimes there is a meteor shower that calls for soothing, other times there is stagnation asking for movement. At either ends of the spectrum there is an invitation for harmony~ to warm, calm or cool, inspire.
