I've been practicing massage and bodywork since 2001. My love of traveling and being exposed to innovative ideas and different cultures influences my approach to massage and the healing arts. In my experience, touch is an integral part of community and a gateway to a deeper connectedness and awareness. Over the years, I’ve learned how important spiritual + energy medicine is to supporting clients in their healing process.

Grateful to live in South Seattle and enjoy gardening at home, camping, watching documentaries, spending time with the animals, Lilu, Bambina & Rocky cats and walking Tapiwa dog. I treasure time in nature, wandering in the plant world & being near the sea.
